Andratx Market is a weekly street market in the central part of Andratx on Mallorca. It takes place in the streets around Passeig de Son Mas, so the market does not feel like an isolated tourist spot, but like part of the town's ordinary Wednesday life.
Here you can walk among stalls with fruit, vegetables, charcuterie, handicrafts and typical Mallorcan products. The market is therefore both practical shopping, a taste of local produce and a very direct way to get under the skin of Andratx.
If you are coming by public transport, TIB's bus line 101 can be used for the Andratx area from, among others, Port d’Andratx, Camp de Mar and Palma. From the bus stop, Avinguda Joan Carles I is mentioned as the access route up toward the market.
There are also municipal parking options mentioned at C/ Son Prim and C/ Catalunya. On market days, it may be worth remembering that the experience itself lies in the town's streets, where stalls, pedestrians and ordinary town life mingle.
The market can easily lead on to coffee, tapas or lunch in the surrounding streets. A short stop in local history is Castell de Son Mas, which has served as the town hall since 1998; a market morning in Andratx often ends with the shopping bag smelling not only of greens, but also of charcuterie and warm café air.
